Privacy Policy

Alchemy Cast is built to work on your own device. We collect as little as we can, and we never sell your information.
What stays on your device
The 3D models you open, your sprue trees, settings, quotes, photos and cast log are kept in your browser's storage on your own device. They are not uploaded to us. Clearing your browser's site data deletes them, so please export a backup from the app if you want to keep them.
What we receive
- Website visits. alchemycast.app is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic request information such as your IP address and browser type to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
- License checks. If you have a paid plan, the app sends your license key and a short device label (for example "Chrome on Windows") to check the key with Lemon Squeezy. This happens when you activate the key and about once a day after that.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address to reply to you.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. They collect your name, email, billing address and payment details to process the order, collect tax and send receipts. We can see your order details, such as your name, email and plan, but never your full card number. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.
Outside services the app uses
To show live prices, the app fetches metal prices from gold-api.com and currency exchange rates from open.er-api.com or frankfurter.app. These requests don't include anything about you or your work beyond what any web request contains, such as your IP address.
How we use information
Only to provide Alchemy Cast: to deliver and check your plan, answer your questions, send important notices about your purchase, and keep the service secure. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Your choices and rights
You can delete everything stored in the app by clearing your browser's site data for alchemycast.app. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email contact@alchemycast.app. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, for example under GDPR or California law, and we'll honor them.
Children
Alchemy Cast is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top and tell paying customers by email about any significant change.
