If Alchemy Cast isn't right for you, we'll make it right.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with a new Hobby or Studio plan, email contact@alchemycast.app within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't normally refund renewal payments or partly used periods. If a renewal caught you by surprise, write to us within 7 days of it and we'll sort it out.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, so refunds go back to your original payment method through them. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a plan is refunded, its license key stops working.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
